1. BURGER a dehydrated pattie of sprouted lentil beans, flax seeds and herbs, placed on a white cabbage ‘bun’ w/ mayo, mustard, ketchup, cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce and pickles —- fold the ‘bun’ over and pick up and eat, as you would a ‘hamburger’, served w/ potato salad
2. SANDWICH our dehydrated ‘bread’ of sprouted wheat berries, flax and sunflower seeds, made just like your typical sandwich w/ mayo, mustard, cheeze, avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce, served w/ potato salad
3. TACO our unbelievable taco ’meat’ on the bottom of a white cabbage ‘tortia’, filled w lettuce, onion tomato and topped w/ salsa also served w/ stuffed chili pepper
4. FALAFEL balls of sprouted chickpeas and/or lentils dehydrated and served on a white cabbage ‘pita’ topped w/ julienned carrots and zucchini, hummus, taboule, and out black tahini
5. PAPAYA RINGS filled with GUACAMOLE color, texture, taste treat
6. NORI ROLLS julienned carrots and zucchini, sliced bell pepper, pickled cucumber w/ special wasabi sauce wrapped w/ a sheet of dried seaweed.
7. STUFFED CHILLIS medium sized green chilies that are gutted and filled with our nut cheese and then dehydrated for 4 hours topped w/ a bit of ketchup and salsa – four pieces per serving
8. VEGGIE KABOB 3 colors of Bell Pepper, Onion, Tomato, Broccoli and pineapple or papaya on a wood skewer, dehydrated for 2 hours — 3 pieces (sticks) w/ hummus and flax seed crackers
9. SPAGHETTI zucchini processed to look like spaghetti noodles toped w/ either Fresca Marinara Sauce (tomato) or Nut Pesto or a bit of both
10. SPINACH LASANGA thinly sliced zucchini noodles layered w/ Ricotta Cheeze, Nut Pesto and Organic Spinach topped with our Fresca Marinara Sauce
11. EGGPLANT PARMASEAN sliced eggplant marinated in sesame and olive oils and Braggs Amino then dehydrated for 4 hours, Ricotta Cheeze is spread on each piece covered w/ Fresca Marinara Sauce and topped with our ‘hard cheeze’
12. PIZZA (Slice) our specially made pizza crust of sprouted wheat berries, flax seed, sunflower seeds and a bit of onion put in the dehydrator for 8 hours than topped with Fresca Marinara Sauce, sliced vegetables and two kinds of cheeses
13. STIR FRYED VEGETABLES on noodles chopped vegetables marinated and dehydrated for 2 hours than served on a bed of zucchini noodles (much like spaghetti noodles)
14. TOSTADA a dehydrated corn and sprouted wheat berries tortia, with our fantastic ‘taco meat’, two types of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and topped w/ salsa - served w/ stuffed chilies

Living Food Cafe is a haven in Phuket, Thailand for those looking for delicious fresh imaginative Raw Vegan Cuisine. All the produce is washed in pure water with ozone to insure its cleanliness. We dehydrate our own fruits, vegetables and other ingredients to add to our gourmet recipes. Why Raw Food?
The moment that a fruit or vegetable is harvested, it starts to undergoe change in it’s chemical and nutritive make up. The fresher a fruit or vegetable is, the higher it’s nutritive content. When you cook food a huge percentage of available nutrient is destroyed, and its chemical make-up is altered, in essence stripping the food of the very nutrients that your body is requesting when it signals hunger to your mind and stomach. Nutrient stripped food does not satisfy the body’s hunger, leading to overeating and dissatisfaction with food for many people. But there are also much greater consequences.
In order for the eliminative systems and organs of the body to function optimally a person must eat at least an 80% alkaline diet. The majority of alkaline foods are fruits and vegetables. The majority of acid foods are animal products, such as meat and dairy, or processed foods that have been heated (as in cooked), ground and separated, and/or have added sugar, salt, preservatives, stabilizers, colorings and other additives. If acidic foods are the greater part of the diet, elimination from the bowels, lymph, kidneys, respiration and skin becomes sluggish, allowing a build up of toxins to collect in the organs and tissues of the body. This ultimately leads to unpleasant symptoms and chronic dis-ease.
Eating raw food is like giving yourself high-octane fuel so that your body can be energized, run efficiently, cleanse efficiently, think clearly and work out toxins so that health and beauty can be a reality instead of a distant goal. On a cleansing program a 100% alkaline diet is a necessity to get maximum results from the cleanse. A cleansing diet treats food like medicine, using food to assist the body in healing and rejuvenation. A wonderful aspect of this is that Raw / Living Food also tastes good.
